You'll know exactly what's included before anyone opens a can.

1. Protection. Floors, furniture and fixtures covered before work starts.
2. Patching. Nail holes and minor cracks filled, sanded and spot-primed.
3. Caulk. Gaps along trim caulked so the lines stay clean.
4. Two coats. Two finish coats in the paint line and sheen you choose.
5. Cleanup. A clean room every day, and a walkthrough together at the end.
6. In writing. A written contract, signed before any work starts.
